DMV 1200 BTEP Unable to detect the Call Progress

Hi, 

We are implementing a solution with Genesys Outbound solution. We are unable to detect the Call progress except the Connected and Disconnect.

Windows 2008 SP1 Standard with 6.1 SU 269.

We are using Line side DM3 protocol on Genesys application and with Alcatel OPS_FX pdk files.

please suggest any solution for the same.
