sccp delay message 2 seconds(sigtran)

I tried to make load test for my map applications

when send map request to server it response to request at the same time

but sometime I receive response after delay  2 seconds,when  make trace for DSI stack  found that

at client my map applications

Please guide me why after sccp sent message to tcap after 2 seconds
