We encountered a problem when accidentally dialing "unassigned" or "unallocated" external phone numbers, the call just drops. Usually you will get a message "the number is unassigned please try again later" or similar message. I talked to the telco guys and they said they are sending error code 1 for unassigned numbers and sending the message or announcement back. The telco side thinks that the DMG is dropping the call as soon as it sees the error code that the telco sends back. Users who accidentally dial the wrong number thinks that there is just something wrong and keeps dialing the same "wrong number". Is there a timeout setting that I can adjust on our DMG to get the message to pass trough?
